Air Jordan VI (6)
The Air Jordan VI came out in 1990. During this season in 1991 was when Michael Jordan won the championship title, beating the Lakers. And once, again Michael carried home some MVP awards.
The Air Jordan 6 came with a first time rubber tongue that had a couple holes to make it easier to put on. The Air Jordan 6 was basically a whole new design with only a few similarities with the previous Air Jordan 5.
There were pictures available for the public on a website to see the retro version of the Air Jordan 6, and in these pictures the midsole colors had been switched to the red and black. This caused a huge stir in the Air Jordan fan base and earned the shoe the title "butchered" because of the reversal in colors. It is very difficult to find this version of the shoe but if you do find them they are worth a goldmine. As we are always changing what Jordan shoes are offered here, it is possible to find a few on here from time to time, but they don't last very long, as they can sell for almost $600.00.
The Retro Air Jordan VI was also made for the Olympic season and made in a very limited amount of only 3 thousand pairs. These are also very valuable and only a few hundred brand new ones can be found today.
Check out The Air Jordan 6 and buy them at a great low price.
